LubeXpress Manager/Service Advisor LubeXpress Service Advisors are responsible for interacting with our LubeXpress technicians as well as our valued customers. LubeXpress Service Advisors must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing LubeXpress technicians to optimize work flow and maintaining a positive attitude. LubeXpress Service Advisors greet our customers when they arrive, create a repair order detailing customer concerns, answer questions, look up catalog listings for parts and labor, prepare estimates, and convey technician findings along with maintenance recommendations and estimates to our customers. Customer satisfaction is everything at our company. Our employees share in the responsibility to make sure our shop is using "best practices" and our customers receive the service that keeps them coming back. Responsibilities include Maintaining our reputation of integrity, honesty, trust, and excellent service Sourcing labor, parts, and supplies through online catalogs Managing LubeXpress technicians to optimize work flow Ordering and maintaining inventory Check vehicle maintenance records and manufacturer recommended service intervals Answering phone calls Cash out customer when services are completed Assist in maintaining a clean work environment throughout shop and sales area Requirements 1-3 years of previous Service Advisor experience Valid driver license and meet shop liability requirements Punctual and dedicated Superior customer service skills Positive, high energy personality Productive, problem solving skills, attention to detail Ability to work Saturday Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 5 day work week Paid time off Health, Vision, and Dental insurance IRA Job Type Full time
